$200 Rebate – minimum 500 square feet of Hardie®siding and 600 linear feet of Hardie®Trim Tier
$450 Rebate – minimum 1,000 square feet of Hardie®siding and 600 linear feet of Hardie®Trim Tier
$550 Rebate – minimum 2,000 square feet of Hardie®siding and 600 linear feet of Hardie®Trim Boards 10% rebate, up to $50, when you purchase Hardie®Backer cement boards

Hurricane Ian Rebate – Terms and Conditions
Hurricane Ian Rebate is valid for purchases made between October 1, 2022 and March 31, 2023.
Eligibility: Promotion is open to (a) homeowners of single-family residential home (b) whose home was damaged by Hurricane Ian September 28th –
September 30, 2022, (c) living in the following counties: Brevard, Charlotte, Colliers, Desoto, Duval, Flagler, Hardee, Hillsbarough, Lee, Manatee,
Monroe, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Sarasoto, Seminole, Volusia, and the Keys. If homeowner lives outside of the eligible counties, homeowner has the
option to present an insurance document proving her/his home was affected by Hurricane Ian instead.
How to Redeem: Qualify for one of the tiers below by purchasing the minimum quantity of each product specified for that tier. Tier (1): $100 Rebate –
300 linear feet of Hardie® Soffit Tier (2): $200 Rebate – minimum 500 square feet of Hardie® siding and 600 linear feet of Hardie® Trim Tier (3): $450
Rebate – minimum 1,000 square feet of Hardie® Siding and 600 linear feet of Hardie® Trim Tier (4): $550 Rebate – minimum 2,000 square feet of
Hardie® Siding and 600 linear feet of Hardie® Trim Boards AND/OR (5) Receive 10% rebate of Hardie® Backer cement boards, up to $50. Enter the
required information on the submission form at HardiePromo.com and upload the contractor invoice specifying the qualifying products and quantities
on a single invoice (the “Submission”). All eligible purchases must be made on or before March 31, 2023.
Rebate: The rebate will be issued in the form of a prepaid reward card and will be sent to the physical address specified on the submission profile
within 8-10 weeks of the Submission’s receipt.
Restrictions: Limit one rebate per home address. Multi-family or commercial projects are ineligible. Offer is not open to builders, contractors, or
distributors.
Terms and Conditions: James Hardie Building Products Inc. reserves the right to audit submissions and validate qualification. Rebate may not be
combined or used with any other rebate or other promotional offers. All materials received as part of the Submission become the property of James
Hardie Building Products Inc. and will not be returned. Please keep a copy of all materials submitted with your Submission. Please allow 8-10 weeks
for fulfillment of rebate requests. James Hardie Building Products Inc assumes no liability for lost, late, or misdirected rebates caused by a failure to
properly complete the submission, technical issues, carrier issues, or for any other reason. Illegible or incomplete requests will not be honored. If terms
