James Hardie Building Products Inc. (“James Hardie”) is giving away Bose Bluetooth Speakers, with a retail value up to $200 dollars ($200.00 USD).

For an opportunity to be selected for the Bose Bluetooth Speaker, share your Hardie™ Designer home render via a public Instagram account with the hashtag “#HardieSweepstakes” and follow the @JamesHardie and @Hover3d Instagram accounts. Submissions will be accepted starting May 2nd, 2025 at 12:00 AM CST. Submissions received after 11:59PM CST on May 31st, 2025 will not be considered.

James Hardie will coordinate with the winner via direct message on social media in order to send the Bose Bluetooth Speaker via ground shipping within three (3) business days of the drawing, which will take place on June 2nd, 2025. Possibility of being chosen for a Bose Bluetooth Speaker depends on the number of eligible submissions, winners will be chosen at random from eligible entrants.

James Hardie reserves the right to offer a Bose Bluetooth Speaker to more than one entrant.

To be eligible for the Bose Bluetooth Speaker, the submitted and selected entrant must not be an employee of James Hardie or Hover®, be over the age of eighteen (18) and be a resident of the United States. Only one post per entrant.

All email entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CST on May 31, 2025 to be eligible. Limit one entry per person via this method, entrants via this method that use multiple email addresses to refer to the same person will be deemed ineligible and void any other submissions by such person. Incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading entries will be void. Email entries will be treated the same as all other entries for purposes of winner selection.

Entrant warrants that they are the legal owner or valid licensee of the submission and entrant is fully authorized to enter into this license and release and have appropriate permissions from any applicable third parties to use their logo and respective trademarks.

Entrant agrees that they have no rights of inspection or approval of the finished product or use to which James Hardie and Hover may put the Marketing Materials and grants James Hardie and Hover permission to include any portion of above described images, whether or not edited and whether or not in conjunction or juxtaposition with other materials. Entrant agrees that James Hardie may apply for and obtain copyright, trademark, or other applicable rights in and to the Marketing Materials that incorporate any rights granted above. Entrant agrees that the images may be combined with other images, text and graphics, and cropped, altered or modified. Entrant further waives, assigns, and releases to James Hardie any moral rights entrant may possess and releases James Hardie, its assigns, agents, or licensees from any liability for what entrant might deem misrepresentation of the aforementioned submission by virtue of alterations, optical illusions, or faulty mechanical reproduction. Entrant agree that the validity, construction and performance of this release are governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of Illinois.
